This Architectural renovation involved removing all of the existing dwelling, minus the front 2 rooms. The home was rebuilt with an extension and finished to combine the new addition while keeping the historical features.

This home renovation project consisted of a 3 car garage build. Complete with a work shop downstairs, and upstairs a full retreat and gold class cinema as well as a backyard upgrade including inground trampoline, landing and pool.

This VMIA insurance project was completed to lock up stage with all works non-compliant. The project was taken over by Nichols Builders, brought up to compliance and completed for the home owner

This insurance project is made up of 21 townhouses, all affected by mould. Currently undergoing large rectification works to eradicate the mould and make the dwellings habitable again.
